Todd W. Follmer
Chief Executive Officer

Joining inthinc as CEO in 2006, Todd Follmer has managed the expansion of the company’s business from crash data recorders into a comprehensive fleet management and driver behavior mentoring system. Under his leadership, inthinc has increased annual revenue from $3M to $35M. Prior to inthinc, Mr. Follmer accumulated more than 20 years of investment and management experience with Salomon Brothers; Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette; and Engles, Urso, Follmer Capital Corporation. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors for Aerus LLC and Tristar Enterprises. Mr. Follmer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer science from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Jeffrey M. Harvey

As Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for inthinc, Jeff Harvey currently oversees the legal, risk management, marketing and public relations efforts for the company. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Harvey worked as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Risk Management and Vice President of Business Development for Aerus LLC of Dallas, Texas. His experience also includes working as a Principal with IIBI, a consulting and investment banking firm to start-up and emerging businesses, and as an attorney with Stutzman & Bromberg, a law firm based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Harvey holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University as well as juris doctor and MBA degrees from Wake Forest University. He is currently a member of the State Bars of Texas and Utah.

Michael Burstein

Michael Burstein brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience to inthinc, including both private and public companies. Joining inthinc in 2009, Mr. Burstein has driven 143 percent year-over-year revenue growth for the company and currently oversees finance, operations, client services and human resources activities. Prior to joining inthinc, Mr. Burstein held CFO, COO and other executive positions with companies in the high-tech industry including Infopia, Xpressdocs, STM Power, S2 Systems (acquired by NASDAQ: TSAI), Navini Networks (acquired by Cisco), EXE Technologies (NASDAQ: EXEE) and Paradigm Geophysical (NASDAQ: PGEO). Mr. Burstein holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Corey Catten

Corey Catten joined inthinc in 2003 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Catten is responsible for leading engineering and software development teams in designing and delivering state-of-the-art technology to inthinc customers. During his tenure at inthinc, he has delivered fleet management and driver safety solutions that are now implemented across thousands of vehicles operating within a variety of industries and environments. Prior to inthinc, he held CTO positions at speech recognition and voice integration software company SIVOX Technologies and at Avaltus, Inc. where he helped grow Avaltus to become a subsidiary of USA interActive (now InterActiveCorp.). Mr. Catten holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah.

Peter Allen
Senior Vice President of Global Sales

As Senior Vice President of Global Sales at inthinc, Peter Allen works with multinational organizations to help them save operational costs and improve driver safety using inthinc technology. With more than 20 years of experience in the telematics industry, Mr. Allen is an industry-recognized authority on fleet technology solutions, ROI analysis and operational benchmarking. Prior to inthinc, Mr. Allen was General Manager for North America at GreenRoad Technologies, managed sales and oversaw national accounts as a vice president for XATA Corporation, and ran strategic sales accounts for Cadec Global. Mr. Allen holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Marietta College.
